What is so different about “Betterbutt by Dr Malik” liquid BBL treatment?
Its a unique safe non-surgical semi-permanent liquid BBL treatment that uses a proprietary bio-stimulatory filler to enhance the shape and firmness of the buttocks. Details:

How much does it cost?
Price ranges from $4900-6900 with most averaging $5,900. We do not charge extra if additional filler is injected during the treatment. Dr Malik charges per treatment not per unit filler. The amount injected is decided solely by Dr Malik.
What about financing and the deposit if I want to schedule?
The deposit to schedule a treatment is $2500. The rest of the balance is paid on the day you come in for your treatment. If your credit score is over 680, we recommend applying at www.CareCredit.com and If your score is OVER 650 and denied CareCredit you may be approved for 3000-$5000 thru another option
What can I expect during my office visit and treatment?
The experience is easy with no real discomfort. Count on being here for 90 minutes. The actual treatment takes 1 hour. Dr Malik will apply a numbing solution, injecting 6 to 8 times per side using a canula and a “feathering technique” at various depths. You can drive yourself home and return to work the next day. Take a break from exercise and the gym for 2 days. This treatment is very straightforward and represents non of the unpleasantness, pain, recovery or restrictions of a SURGICAL BBL.
Tell me about the results?
Results are visible immediately, with full collagen production peaking at 3 months, lasting an exceptional 5 to 10 years. In most cases the enhancements improve the protrusion of the butt, help “pop” the sides and indents of the buttocks (Sometimes called hip-dips), provide a lifting and firming effect and improved skin laxity and texture. Some clients report their butt “feels” as if they have been “squatting heavy” for years. Enhancements are typically visible naked, in a swimsuit and in tighter clothing.
How much filler will I receive?
In general Dr Malik injects the maximum safe amount with most clients receiving 150 units or more. For improved expansion, flow and comfort we use a 1:2 ratio blended technique.
While many other clinics are “hyper-diluting the filler, We do not “hyper-dilute” (Mixing filler with too much water or saline) as this is not recommended due to: decreased collagen production, rapid loss of results and risk of filler migrating to the base of the buttocks.
Who is NOT a good candidate for this treatment (With some exceptions)?
- Those over 200 pounds unless they are very tall.
- Severe skin laxity in the buttocks
- Not ideal for those seeking dramatic volume increase.
- Must wait 3 months if previously you’ve had a Surgical or Liquid BBL.
Who will actually be treating me? A nurse, medical assistant?
While nurses and other assistance do work on the face, ONLY Dr Malik treats the butt as this requires a higher
skill level.
What are the risks and side effects of the procedure?
Common side effects include mild bruising or soreness. As with any non surgical treatment serious complications are extremely rare. Significant side effects include lumps or infection, but these are extremely rare.
How does Betterbutt compare to a surgical BBL?
Betterbutt provides moderate, long lasting, natural improvements with no downtime, unlike a surgical BBL, which offers more dramatic volume but requires significant recovery and carries more risk. Additionally SURGICAL BBL patients can experience 30-50% fat loss within 12-24 months and develop asymmetry between the left and
right cheek.
